Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. He was moved to Casper, Wyoming with his family in the year 13 when he turned thirteen. He was raised by his father who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture was the director of the conservation district located in Casper.
