Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life, the highs the lows and all in between. When I was in 1990, I came to America along with my brother and parents after I reached one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to the hard work and sacrifices and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my life. As I knew I could have a brighter future I set out to make my parents happy. I believed my future would unfold one way or another: I'd graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start with a family. While I believed this was the definition of achievement, the reality of life had its own plan. The amount of money I earned and the status of my work were not enough to make me content. I felt as if I was wasting my time and energy for a paycheck. I had a love for exercise and working out with others and in my journey to the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for private training. My business started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. Few Asian women work in this field. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the field to offer quality coaching to empower those around me to make healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. In addition, I wish for others to feel confident in following their desires and be able to achieve whatever they would like to achieve in life. When my work was waning off, I had to deal with the most devastating loss in my life to datethat of losing my mom. Her eight-year battle was won. fight against the illness and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The lessons we learn from life can often be hid from our eyes However, they can be very valuable. The death of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance at life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her move to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I am truly aware I live my life now rather than merely living as that I used to be in the past. My experiences are revealed to you so to share with those who read my blog with words and experiences. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You can do anything if you put your mind to it. Therapy is regular and essential. Health is one of the best riches. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and end it without regrets as it is death that is all we can count on in our life.
