Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My stunning fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. The majority of people know me through my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - highs, lows and all in between. My parents took me to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. of age. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today in the event that my parents did not work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. Since I was confident that I would enjoy a brighter and more promising future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. I thought my life would go the same way as I graduated of college, find job in a corporation, be married, and then start the family. Although I was convinced that this was what defines success, life had different goals. As of 2013, I was fearful of going to work. position because of the amount of money and fame that were not what I was looking forward toand I was feeling like I was throwing my life away for a paycheck when I knew that I was made for something more. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I found my niche in training for personal trainers. In 2014, I founded my own business. It will be my seventh year anniversary in 2021. Few Asian women can be found in this industry. As coach, my mission is to encourage others to help them live a the life they want to live by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles which meet each person's preferences and requirements. Also, I want to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they want to achieve. In the midst of my job taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my lifeand that was the loss of my mom. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease was over, and she now rests in Heaven. Her memory will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. The lessons we learn from life are usually hidden from us However, they can be extremely valuable. The death of my mother changed me so much and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She was able to begin her new life, and I got another chance to live happy and fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware I am truly aware I live my life now instead of merely living like that I used to be in the past. My personal life experiences are available to you in order you can hear from me about those who read my blog with words and experiences. This will help you be aware that you are not alone. You can do everything if you set your heart into it. Therapy is both normal and necessary. Health is one of the best source of wealth. I hope that you enjoy the best life possible and end it without regrets because death is the only thing we can count on in our life.
